About Me
Jodyne Butto, MD
Initially from California we moved to Bethel AK when I was 6 then on to Anchorage when I was 8. My undergraduate degree is from UC Santa Cruz in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I then attended the University of Washington School of medicine through the WWAMI program. Pediatric Residency training was at Loma Linda University Medical Center and included an additional year as Chief Resident. I then moved back home to Alaska and have been in private practice since 1995. In April of 2021 I opened my own practice Aurora Pediatrics. I look forward to working with your family to raise happy healthy kids in our beautiful state.
My special pediatric interest is asthma. Every summer I join young Alaskans as a volunteer
physician and coordinator of a children's summer asthma camp.
When I’m not helping my patients in the office, I enjoy sewing and needle crafts.
